Therapeutic Model

Nurture Care brings our unique therapeutic model and training to support your staff teams with a holistic therapeutic practice. This practice and model supports staff in delivering the 167 hours of therapeutic care for children and support the work of our incredible therapy teams. Following a strong model of multi-disciplinary practice offers children opportunities to experience and grow across all aspects of their life.

Starting with our unique Nurture Trail journey, a model of therapeutic care based in PACE and ARC, children are supported through their challenges with an empathetic, therapeutic parenting practice. We develop and deliver a personalised journey for each child in a Nurture Care home, a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Hand-in-hand with the Nurture Trail, education and enrichment plans bring colour and maturity to a child's life. Whether life skills, practical experiences or traditional education, our model grows a child's confidence and knowledge. Our enrichment strategies add a brightness and joy, giving these children great opportunities for fulfillment.
